The invention relates to the transportation of printed products and relates to a device for unwinding printed sheets wound in layers in a roll with a ribbon substrate.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size of the device.
Figure 1 shows the device in the initial stage of unwinding; figure 2 - j the same, at the end of the unwinding of the supply roll.
The device for supplying printed sheets has a fixed skeleton 1 with a core holder 2 of the feeding roll 3 with sheets 4 wound in layers with a tape '5. The core holder 2 is mounted in bearings with the possibility of free rotation. 2
The tape 5 in the area 6 of the exit from the roll 2 is fed by guide rollers 7-9 mounted on the frame 10, rotatable around an axis 10a, parallel to the axis of rotation of the core 2. 2;
Next, the tape 5 bends around the supporting roller 11 and is wound into a roll 12 located in the holder 13 mounted on the core 1. To increase the angle of the roller 1 1 with the tape -j, 5 guide rollers 14 and 15 are installed.
For the removal of sheets 4, wound from the roll 3, a conveyor device 16 is installed, consisting of two belt conveyors 17 and 18 of continuous operation.
The belt 19 of the conveyor 17, formed of several parallel belts, is guided around the rear and front end rollers 20 and 21. The roller 20, mounted on the frame 10, is located in close proximity to the surface of the roll 3 near the zone b of the exit of the tape 5 from the roll 3. d, The transporting branch 19a of the belt 19 goes around the guide rollers 22, which are also mounted on the frame 10. The opposite branch 196 passes through the guide rollers 23 located on the frame 10. The front end roller 21 of the first belt conveyor 17 fixedly mounted on skeleton 1.
The second belt conveyor 18 serves as a limiter for sheets and also has a tape 24, which can be formed from parallel belts 25 (not shown) and directed around the rear drum 26 and the front end roller 27. The drum 26, as well as the guide rollers 28 of the transporting branch 24a, mounted on the swing frame 10, then 1 as the front end roller 27 is fixedly mounted on the frame 1.
The guide drum 26 for the wrapped sheets 4 forms a pivoting device with the conveying section 29. The working branch 19a of the other tape 19 is guided after being rotated to the rear end roller 20, and when it runs onto the end drum 26 together with the other, the conveyor branch 24a is directed through the end drum 26 'the tape 24 forms the inlet channel 30. After leaving the end drum 26, both branches 19a and 24a pass through the zigzag mounted guide rollers 22 and 28, thereby ensuring perfect retraction printing products. The exit 32 of the specified transport channel is located at the end of the first belt conveyor .17, i.e., in the area of its front end. Roller 21. The outlet 32 in the form of a belt conveyor 33 is adjacent to the exit 32 of the transport channel.
The clamping mechanism 34 of a known construction adjoins the frame 10, which rests on the frame 1. The clamping mechanism 34, made in the form of a gas spring, has a piston rod 34a that is pivotally connected to the frame 10. By means of the clamping mechanism 34, the frame 10 and the conveyor device 16 are held on the roll 3 or on the core 2. In this case, the backward branch 246 of the tape 24 is in contact with the circumference of the roll 3 or the core 2-,
On the skeleton 1 there is also a drive device, which is a drive motor 35 (FIG. 1), which drives the roller 21 of the conveyor belt 17. The end roller 21 is on one side connected to the front end and drive roller 27 of the other conveyor belt 18 and, on the other hand, with a support roller 11 for the tape 5. Through the slip clutch 31, the roll 12 is driven by the drive roller 11 in the direction of arrow B.
The rewinding of the printed sheets 4 from the roll 3 is as follows.
After installing the supply core 2 with the roll 3 in the support in the core, the free lying end of the tape 5 is connected to the mandrel for the roll 12, which is mounted on the holder 13. Using the clamping mechanism 34: the conveyor device 16 is pressed against the roll 3 so that the end guide rollers 7 and 20, as well as the input channel 30 are located near the circumference of the roll 3. Then, the drive motor 35 is turned on, which drives the drive rollers 21 and 27 of the conveyor belts 17 and 18, as well as the supporting roller 11 and the roll 12. As a result, it is tensioned I, provided by the supporting roller 11 to the tape 5, the freely rotating core 2 together with the roll 3 rotates in the direction of arrow A, and the core 2 is easily braked by a braking device (not shown) to firmly hold the tape 5. At the vanishing zone 6, sheets 4 begin to separate from that branch 246 of the tape to the input channel 30.
Coming off the roll when turning around the roller 7 from the bottom side of the coiled sheets
4. The latter are fed into the adjacent input channel 30 and at the turning point in the plot 29, the side of the cascade of sheets 4 turned to the core in the roll 3 is turned down. The coiled sheets 4 are then directed in the direction of arrow C to the exit 32 of the transport channel, where there is a transfer to the conveyor .33, which leads the sheets 4 in the direction of arrow D.
At the end of the unwinding process, the empty core 2 and the full roll 12 (FIG. 2) can be removed and replaced with a new core 2 with a roll. 3 or a new reel for roll 12.
Since the frame 10 'together with the conveyor device 16 is held by the clamping mechanism 34 during the entire unwinding process on the roll 3, then, correspondingly to a decrease in the diameter of the roll 3, the frame 10 deviates from its lower position (Fig. 1) to its upper end position (Fig. 2) During this deflecting movement from the frame 10 and the conveyor device 16, the exit zone 6, which is 15 of the roll 3 and 24, is fed to the belt 5
1429932 4 is next to the roller 7 of the tape 5, and the input channel 30 remains precisely defined. Thus, the position of the vanishing zone 6 and the inlet channel relative to both belt conveyors 17 and 18 changes insignificantly or does not change at all, which ensures predetermined conditions during the whole unwinding process.
If the exit zone 6 is selected on the underside of the roll 3 and thereby under the core 2, then the printed sheets with their own weight can contribute to a perfect exit from the roll
3. In the future, the location of the vanishing zone 6 on the lower side of the roll 3 has the advantage that only a height space is required for transferring the coiled sheets 4. If the exit 32 of the transport channel is selected as close as possible to a still full roll, then the required overall length can be reduced to a minimum size.
Since the conveyor belt 17 extends completely along the same side 5a of the tape, which in the roll 3 is turned to the core 2, and this conveyor belt 17, thus, supports the sheets 4 on their former side turned to the core 2, then the retraction path for the output sheets the direction necessary for the compact design can be specified, while not necessarily direct. In particular, it is possible to provide immediately after the exit zone 6 a rotary section 29 for the reeled-up sheets 4. Together with the conveyor belt 18, the conveyor 17 allows you to carry out the retraction path with a certain slope without any danger of slipping and change the position of the common sheets 4 in their cascade.
